All Private Security in the State of Texas is governed by the Private Security Bureau under the Texas Department of Public Safety. To work as a bodyguard in the State of Texas, you MUST have a Personal Protection Officer Card. If you work without this card you could be fined by the Private Security Bureau.

By obtaining this card now, you also make yourself more attractive to hiring companies and clients. When you attend this class you will meet other people working in the industry as well as hear a one hour “how to get hired as a bodyguard” briefing. This is a very valuable class to today’s professionals working in Texas.

This class is a two day course. Students will be trained in hand-to-hand Defensive Tactics and be given a 50 question test. For available dates refer to the Calendar Link.
