All Private Security in the State of Texas is governed by the Private Security Bureau under the Texas Department of Public Safety. To work as a Uniformed Security Officer in Texas, you MUST have a Level III Commissioned Security Officer Card. If you work without this card you could be fined by the Private Security Bureau.
If you are not currently working as a Security Officer, but would like to make yourself more valuable to hiring companies, you should get certified now.

This class is a three day course. Students will fire their firearm on the range and be given a 100 question test. For available dates refer to the Calendar Link.
